Gifting & Group Contributions: If you use Group Pay or send an eGift card, we collect the recipient's email address and any personalized messages you include.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following personal information:

• Identity & Contact Details: Name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses
• Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, bank account information (processed securely through our payment providers)
• Transaction Data: Purchase history, gift card usage, redemption details
• Communication Data: Records of correspondence, customer service interactions
• Transaction Data: Details of the transactions you conduct through our Service, including payment amounts, participating retailers, dates, times, and associated rewards points.

• Marketing and Promotions: To display targeted local advertisements, execute the Retailer Cinema Package campaigns, and keep you informed about new features and marketplace offerings (where permitted by law).

• With Network Retailers: When you make a purchase or redeem an eGift card at a participating store, the retailer receives necessary transaction details to complete the order.
• With Group Members: When using SharePay or Group Pay, your name and contribution status are visible to other members of that specific payment pool via the live contribution tracker.
