CashPoint Connect services including the eGift Card platform, Retailer Connect, PayTogether (SharePay and GroupPay) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free due to factors beyond our control, including scheduled maintenance, technical downtime, or network failures.
3. Third-Party Merchants & Pricing
CashPoint Connect is a platform facilitator. We do not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the products, services, quality, or pricing policies of independent merchants within the Retailer Connect network. Any dispute regarding a purchase, service delivery, or in-store redemption must be resolved directly between the user and the respective retailer.
4. Peer-to-Peer & Group Transactions
We assume no liability for transaction or communication disputes between users utilizing collaborative features, such as SharePay and GroupPay. Users are solely responsible for verifying transaction amounts, recipient emails, and payment pool contributions before finalizing execution. All processed group payments and loaded eGift Cards are final.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
CashPoint Connect is a digital payment and gifting facilitator, not a bank, licensed financial advisor, or credit provider. No content on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashPoint Connect shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- The actions, omissions, or pricing structures of third-party retailers.
- Technical issues, payment processing delays, or service interruptions.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
